Join dental business mentors Andy McDougall and Anne-Marie Houston from Spot On Business Planning for this Business Essentials free webinar the BDA.
Hot on the heels of the hugely successful Lunchtime Lockdown webinars, Andy McDougall and Anne-Marie Houston from Spot On Business Planning are running a free webinar in conjunction with the BDA and MediEstates.
Starting on Wednesday 22 July 2020 from 19:30 – 20:30 and repeated on Saturday July 25, the dental business knowhow webinar covers The importance of business experience. Following on from the COVID-19 lockdown, practices of all shapes and sizes have opened their doors having faced different lockdown challenges. As part of Training Essentials, the BDA aims to provide the practical knowledge and support necessary to aid recovery, incorporating business owner insights.
In this session, Spot On Business Planning and MediEstates are joined by Martin Woodrow, chief executive of the BDA, to discuss the different challenges practices have faced and how best to adapt to the new and changing climate. Solutions cannot be one-size-fits-all because dental practices and their challenges are unique. Using detailed and insightful business planning derived from many years of analysis and modelling by Spot On Business Planning, practices can take action in their return to a new normal. This webinar focuses on the importance of putting theory into practice and is based on empowering practices to combat the current situation in a positive, confident manner.
