In this short training video, Anne-Marie Houston shows you around the Spot On Business Planning Gantt chart – an essential planning tool to help practices plan a smoother return to work following Covid-19.Gantt charts are project planning tools that help you identify tasks and actions, assign responsibilities and due dates and monitor progress against a plan.
This video will explain how you can add in team members’ names, add or amend tasks, set priorities, due dates and task statuses, use the time line and insert rows, and she also provides tips for using the chart effectively and offers suggestions for tailoring it to your practice.
