SOBP has been undertaking a training program with our new manager to ensure they are able to understand and provide what is expected of them. Looking at our associate model and pricing strategies were also key parts of our restructuring.What do you like about working with Spot On Business Planning?The detailed assessment of things that I want to know about but struggle to have the time to prepare all myself.
