- Business modelling of the different return to work scenarios
- Reactivation strategies that underpin a return to (and doubling of) profit
- What if no further government support?
- Constantly micro-managing the cash (planning & control)
- Pricing – additional costs, additional hours
- Protecting clinical/ staffing structure
- Considerations of market value
At the end of Part II, Spot On Business Planning will be offering a business revival planning tool – a partially populated Gantt chart template our team has developed to help practices plan for whatever back-to-work scenarios they face. This will be an invaluable tool to work with your dental practice manager on now to ensure you are as best placed as possible to hit the ground running when business resumes – in whatever guise that might be. Operational, clinical, financial and people considerations will be already populated. More information about accessing the chart will be provided during the webinar.
